At Matcha Fuel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your energy ritual; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns on opened matcha tins or bags.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the unopened matcha products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
